Although she felt him sit next to her, she didn’t look directly to him, instead she focused herself on her tea, stirring as if she’d been stalling something. “That’s certainly nice to hear, I admit I feel bad about leaving for so long.” He was dating, wow, she really had missed a lot. Taking another sip of her tea, she let her mind wander aimlessly before coming back down to Earth, finally looking back up at Sadik. He seemed happy, moreso than before. “It was lovely of you to invite me over, I wouldn’t have expected this much though.”
“Very funny, Sadik.” She grinned and rolled her eyes while she kicked off her shoes. “Never did loose that sense of humor, did you.” Pushing her hair out of her face, she took a deep breath in. This wouldn’t be so bad after all. Letting herself relax, she looked to Sadik again,…
